A couple of months on from our relaunch and you'd be forgiven for thinking we were taking it a little bit easier after spending most of this year beavering away on bringing King & Carr (back) to life. Not us!
We've been busy behind the scenes in the last few weeks, working on new designs (coming soon - watch this space!) and also working with some fantastic print and online publications to talk all things King & Carr, and influencers - curious? Then read on...
We were thrilled when we were approached by the lovely Brontë, founder and editor-in-chief of the well known luxury country, fashion and lifestyle magazine, Femme Country Magazine. Featuring all aspects of country living, while also appealing to urban dwellers across the UK, Femme aims to showcase strong women involved in all aspects of the country lifestyle, offering them a platform for to share their stories.
Inspirational content is what Femme is well known for (did you see the recent piece on Liz Fletcher, from the hugely successful ITV series 'Fletcher's on the Farm'?) and we were delighted to talk all things King & Carr. Covering everything from our comeback story (and why we're no longer The Finer Horse), our rather personal story behind the name change and what our future holds (hint: it's rather exciting!)
Make sure you grab your copy of the Autumn Issue now, for our feature as well as all the backstage details of Femme's recent fashion runway show in York, which featured a number of names you'll be familiar with, who all looked fantastic as they showcased Kind & Carr as well as familiar country brands such as Fairfax & Favor, Le Chameau, Hicks & Brown...all the favourites!
As if that wasn't enough, to celebrate our relocation to the Cotswolds (look out for a separate blog post all about this!), we're so excited to announce we're sponsoring the Influencer of the Year category at the Cotswold Style Awards, due to be held in December.
At King & Carr we hugely enjoy working with influencers, some of whom we count as personal friends, who regularly create the most stunning relatable yet inspirational content, championing King & Carr as well as a plethora of other well known country lifestyle brands.
We wanted to honour the commitment in both time and effort that goes into being an influencer in today's social media scene, so are proud to officially recognise the influencers that have made a significant contribution to the promotion of the Cotswolds and everything the area has to offer.
As if that wasn't enough for one month, we've also joined up with Wildflower Magazine and their 'Little Green Book' that champions sustainable rural small British businesses.
Phew! Where would you like to see us in 2024? Let us know!
